Overview - Charge Air System

- Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to appropriate service information. .
- Air Duct Hose
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
- From the Turbocharger
- Bolt
- 7 Nm
- Repair solution for broken catch
- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR PRESSURE SENSOR -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- To Intake Manifold
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
- Air Duct Pipe
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
