Parking Lock Solenoid -N486- /Drive Position Sensor -G676-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION / NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

• Rear noise insulation, A4/A5
• Center noise insulation, Q5

-- Remove the Mechatronic. Refer to MECHATRONIC, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and the oil pipe -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and push the coolant pipe for the transmission to the side. (different versions)

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and move the parking lock emergency release cable -1- to the side. (different versions)

-- Drive out the spring pin using the :3276/1  and remove the parking lock lever.

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the parking lock cover -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- At the same time using a pin punch shaft turn the parking lock approximately 3° against the spring force in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove the Parking Lock Solenoid -N486-.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and the Drive Position Sensor -G676-.
