Chain TENSIONER, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Replace the seal after removal.

-- Install the upper timing chain cover. Refer to UPPER TIMING CHAIN COVERS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If changes on the timing chain make place or components should be replaced, perform the corresponding adaptations in the Guided Functions "0001 - Engine electronics, functions". Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester .
