Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.

- Removing and Installing. Refer to SIDE AIR DUCT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coolant Ventilation Line
- To the coolant expansion tank
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Sleeve

- Disengage and remove using the screwdriver
- Radiator
- Removing and Installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
- If the catches for the condenser, the charge air cooler or the auxiliary radiator are damaged, replace the radiator

- Coolant Hose
- Without auxiliary radiator for transmission fluid cooler

- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
Connect the Coolant Hose to the Connector Coupling
- Replacing the damaged clip -4-.
-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and insert it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.
