Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

  1. Bolt
    • 14 Nm
  2. Backing Plate
  3. Buffer
    • For the radiator
  4. Radiator Bracket
  5. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  6. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
  7. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
  8. Air Duct
  9. Coolant Ventilation Line
    • To the coolant expansion tank
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
  10. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
  11. Sleeve
  12. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using the screwdriver
  13. Radiator
  14. Air Duct
  15. Coolant Hose
    • Without auxiliary radiator for transmission fluid cooler
  16. Clip
  17. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm
  18. Rubber Bushing
    • Rear
    • Quantity: 2
  19. Transmission Fluid Cooler Auxiliary Radiator
  20. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm
  21. Rubber Bushing
    • Side
    • Quantity: 2
  22. Adapter Bracket
    • For Transmission Fluid Cooler Auxiliary Radiator
  23. Clip
  24. Air Duct
    • Lower
  25. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using the screwdriver
  26. Sleeve
  27. Air Duct
  28. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  29. Radiator Bracket
  30. Buffer
  31. Backing Plate
  32. Bolt
    • 14 Nm
  33. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing
  34. Coolant Line
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.

Connect the Coolant Hose to the Connector Coupling

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and insert it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.
