- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT .
- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Belt path. Refer to Fig 2.
- Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT FOR A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys

-- Tighten the bolts in stages as follows:
