Tires, Bringing To Mounting Temperature

CAUTION:

Risk of damage near the tire bead when mounting cold tires.

- The center of the tire must meet the minimum mounting temperature of 15 °C to 30 °C (59 °F to 86 °F)

CAUTION:

Mounting run-flat tires requires a temperature between 21°C and 30°C (69 °F to 86 °F).

Warm up cold tires to the minimum mounting temperature of 21°C (69 °F).

Warm the tires in the Heat Cabinet: VAS6851  if necessary

NOTE:

This also applies to ultra high performance tires (height- / width ratio smaller/same as 45% and speed rating symbol larger than/same as V).

Warm-up time:

Warm tires up to at least 21°C. (69 °F) in the Heat Cabinet: VAS6851  .
