Outer Rear Seat Belt Guide, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the bench seat / bucket seats. Refer to BENCH SEAT/SINGLE SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side cushion. Refer to SIDE CUSHION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side cover. Refer to SIDE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the seat belt webbing from the seat belt guide and move to the side.

-- Use a screwdriver to push the seat belt guide hook -1- upward -arrow A- and hold it in this position.

CAUTION:

There is a risk of malfunction.

Do not, under any circumstances, turn the bolts -2- when removing and installing the seat belt guide -3-. They are set by the manufacturer.
Replace the entire seat belt guide if damaged.

-- Slide the seat belt guide -3- toward the rear -arrow B- until the bolt heads -2- can be disengaged from the bracket on the body.

-- Disengage the seat belt guide from the bracket and remove toward the front.

-- Equipped on some models on the right side of the vehicle: disconnect the connector for the parking aid warning buzzer.
