Outer Backrest Hinge Trim Panel, Removing And Installing, Single Seats: Removing

-- Move the front seats all the way forward.
-- Move the rear seat into the most forward position and fold the backrest forward.
-- Unclip the lower cover -1- from the trim panel in direction of -arrow A-.
-- Remove the upper cover from the trim panel in direction of -arrow B-.
-- Remove the expanding clips -arrows-.
-- Remove the seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SINGLE SEATS .
-- Disengage the retainers -arrow A- and fold up the lower tab on the trim panel.
-- Disengage the trim panel on the seat frame in direction of -arrow B- and guide out the folding backrest lever -1- through the gap.
-- Disengage the backrest hinge trim panel -2- from the backrest hinge and remove it.
