Electric Vacuum Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP .
-- Insert the Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192- -1- into the bracket.
NOTE:
Make sure the vacuum pump fits correctly in the bracket. The vacuum connection faces the direction of travel.
-- Tighten the Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192- and the nuts -arrow- on the bracket.
-- Push the vacuum hose -2- on the vacuum connection until it audibly engages.
CAUTION:
Do not damage the vacuum hose. Replace the vacuum hose if damaged.
-- Insert the connector -1- into the clip on the Brake System Vacuum Pump - V192- bracket.
