Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

Radiator
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- Radiator
- Removing and installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- With small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
- O-Ring
- Check for damage and replace if necessary. Refer to Fig 2.
- Plugs
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- O-Ring
- Check for damage and replace if necessary. Refer to Fig 2.
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- Coolant Line
- To the coolant expansion tank
- Lift the clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
- O-Ring
- Check for damage and replace if necessary.
- Rubber Bushing
- For the radiator
- Sleeve
- Retaining Pin
- Disengage and remove using the screwdriver
- Air Duct
- Rubber Bushing
- For the radiator
- Radiator Bracket
- Bolt
- 5 Nm
- Backing Plate
- Bolt
- 4.5 Nm
- O-Ring
- Check for damage and replace if necessary. Refer to Fig 2.
- Not Installed
- Not Installed
Connect the Coolant Hose to the Connector Coupling:
NOTE:
Replacing the damaged clip -4-.
-- Check the O-ring -2- for damage. If the O-ring is not available individually, if necessary, replace the concerning component.
-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and insert it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.
Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan
- Bolt
- 5 Nm
- Fan Shroud
- Removing and installing. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Radiator Fan -V7-
- With Radiator Fan Control Module -J293-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Radiator Fan -V7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Radiator Fan 2 -V177-
- With Radiator Fan Control Module 2 -J671-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Radiator Fan -V7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
