Main Fuse Panel On Battery, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front luggage compartment floor. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Disconnect the ground cable from the battery when the ignition is switched off. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING, 0K0 AND VH0 .
-- Open the cover -1- over the battery positive terminal.
-- Loosen the nut -2- several turns and remove the battery positive cable terminal clamp -3- from the battery terminal.
-- Release the retainer -5- and open the flap -4- over the main fuse panel in direction of -arrow-.
-- Disconnect the wires -1 through 6-.
-- Release the retainer -4- and open the flap -3- in direction of -arrow-.
-- Disconnect the connector -1- from the cut-off relay -2-.
-- Remove the main fuse panel.
