-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.
-- Remove the left front seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fold the carpet to the side. Refer to CARPET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
The Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1- is engaged in the bracket -2-.
-- Press the retainers -2- and pivot out the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1- -arrow-.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1-.
Bracket, Removing
-- Remove the nuts in direction of -arrows B- and remove the bracket -2- from the threaded pins.
