Condenser, Removing And Installing, All Except RS Models: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following:
There is refrigerant oil in the removed condenser that must be redelivered to the refrigerant circuit (with new condenser). Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT COMPONENTS, REPLACING [R134a] or REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT COMPONENTS, REPLACING [R1234yf] .
-- Install the refrigerant lines on the condenser. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING FROM CONDENSER .
-- Evacuate and fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, EVACUATING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION [R134a] /REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, CHARGING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION [R134a] or REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, EVACUATING [R1234yf] / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, CHARGING [R1234yf] .
-- Install the remaining removed components.
-- Retrieve the Front A/C Display Control Head -E87- DTC memory and if necessary delete the displayed error using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
-- Operate the A/C system after charging the refrigerant circuit. Refer to A/C SYSTEM, STARTING AFTER CHARGING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .
