1. Belt Pulley with Overload Protection
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR BELT PULLEY WITH A/C CLUTCH -N25-, "DENSO" .
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY .
   • With A/C Clutch -N25-
   • There are different versions.
2. Ribbed Belt
   • A/C Compressor Ribbed Belt, Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
3. Bolts
   • 40 Nm
4. Sub-Assembly Bracket
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Sleeve
6. A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
   • Checking. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR REGULATOR VALVE -N280-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AND REPLACING or REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT COMPONENTS, REPLACING [R134a] / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT COMPONENTS, REPLACING [R1234yf] .
7. A/C Compressor
   • There are different versions.
   • Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING AT A/C COMPRESSOR, VEHICLES WITH 6-CYLINDER ENGINE .
   • Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT BRACKET, VEHICLES WITH 6-CYLINDER 2.9L TFSI ENGINE .
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 6-CYLINDER 2.9L TFSI ENGINE .
8. Oil Drain Plug
   • 30 Nm
9. O-ring
   • Always replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
   • Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
10. Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
11. Bolt
    • 25 Nm
12. Bolt
    • 25 Nm
13. High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
14. O-ring
    • Always replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
    • Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
