   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil
4. O-Ring
   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil
5. Turbocharger
   • Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Nut
   • 25 Nm
   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat the stud bolts with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts Information.
7. Seal
   • Always replace after removing.
8. Bracket
9. Coolant Return Line
10. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
11. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with coolant
12. Turbocharger Recirculation Valve -N249-
    • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
13. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
14. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
15. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
16. Bolt
    • 9 Nm

   • Removing and installing. Refer to TURBOCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. O-Ring
   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil
4. Line
   • For the crankcase ventilation
   • Do not separate versions with threaded connections -item  ) Part II - List Item: Bolt/Threaded Connection from the turbocharger
5. Bolt/Threaded Connection
   • 9 Nm
   • Depending on the version a bolt or a threaded connection with a connected hose is installed.
   • Do not separate the threaded connection from the turbocharger
6. Oxygen Sensor 1 Before Catalytic Converter -GX10-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. O-Ring
   • Always replace after removing.
   • Coat with engine oil
8. Oil Supply Line
9. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
10. O-Ring
    • Always replace after removing.
    • Coat with engine oil
11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
12. Bolt
    • 30 Nm
    • Coat the with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts Information.
13. Heat Shield

    • 9 Nm
15. Coolant Supply Line

    • Always replace after removing.
