Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required 

• Digital Torque Wrench:VAG1756A  or Torque Wrench, 60-320 Nm:VAS5509 
• Brake Pedal Actuator:VAG1869/2  .
• Bleeder bottle from the Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit:VAS5234 
• Engine Bung Set:VAS6122 
• Safety Gloves

The brake caliper is removed and disconnected from the hydraulic system in the following description. The brake hose is removed.
