Brake Caliper, Replacing, Front Brakes 1ZF: Installing

NOTE:
Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.
Always replace self-locking nuts and bolts.
Always replace damaged nuts and bolts.
- The piston is pressed back.
-- Insert the brake pads in the brake caliper and piston.
-- Insert the brake pad with the lettering "piston side" on the backing plate in the brake piston.
-- Install the brake caliper with the brake pads on the wheel bearing housing.
-- Place brake caliper with brake pads on brake carrier first at bottom -arrow-.
-- Bolt the brake caliper to the brake carrier using both guide pins.
- Pin of brake caliper must stand behind the guide from the brake carrier!
-- Install both caps.
-- Attach the brake hose on the brake caliper.
-- Remove the : VAG1869/2 .
-- Bleed the brake system.
-- Install the wheels.
