Engine Hood Contact Switch -F266-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

Removing 

-- Left: remove the washer fluid reservoir filler neck. Refer to WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID RESERVOIR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the screws -2- and remove the rear lid lock.

-- Lift the retaining tab -1- in direction of -arrow A-.

-- Disengage the contact switch -2- from the latch -3- in direction of -arrow B- and remove.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• The guide pins -4- on the contact switch must inserted correctly in the front latch.
