Radiator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- on the left and right.

-- Unclip and remove the lower section -1- of the air duct.

-- Lift the clamp -arrow- and remove the left upper coolant hose from the radiator.

Radiator Mount with Catch:

-- Remove the left and right catches in direction of -arrows- from the rubber bushing using a side cutter, remove the radiator together with the charge air cooler on the upper side slightly toward the rear.

Radiator Mount with Threaded Connection:

-- Remove the left and right bolt -arrow- and at the same time push the radiator together with the charge air cooler slightly toward the rear.

-- Press the radiator left and right locking tabs at the same time -arrow- and remove the coolant radiator from the charge air cooler.

-- Secure the charge air cooler.
