Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70-, PRE-BLEEDING

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Bleeder bottle from the Brake Charger/Bleeder Unit: VAS5234 
• Plugs from the Assembly Part Set: 5Q0 698 311 

1. Sealing plugs M10
2. Sealing plugs M12

Procedure 

-- Attach the bleeder bottle -2- to the Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70- with a suitable bleed hose.

-- Open the bleeder valve -arrow A-.

-- Fill with brake fluid until it comes out of the threaded hole -arrow B- free of bubbles.

-- Close the bleed valve.

-- Seal the threaded hole with a plug from the Assembly Part Set: 5Q0 698 311  .

-- Install the Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70-. Refer to Brake System Pressure Reservoir -VX70-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
