Cowl Panel Trim Frame
- Windshield component
- No replacement part
- With a new windshield, remove the protective pipe before installing the cowl panel trim.
Windshield
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Distance to the upper windshield frame. Refer to Fig 2
- Center the side distance to the A-pillars
Window Adhesive
- Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
- Note the different distances to the window edge:
  - Dimension -a- = 10.9 ± 2 mm
  - Dimension -b- = 8.9 ± 2 mm
  - Dimension -c- = 9.2 ± 2 mm
Right Windshield Frame Trim
- Install only after the window adhesive curing time
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SIDE WINDSHIELD FRAME TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Windshield Frame Trim
Spacer
Left Windshield Frame Trim
- Install only after the window adhesive curing time
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SIDE WINDSHIELD FRAME TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Windshield Height Adjustment

-- When installing, align the side of the window glass -1- and adjust the distance -a-.

-- Support the window glass from sliding out using a wedge at the bottom.

-- Secure the window glass to the top of the windshield frame with adhesive tape.

Protective Molding, Removing

-- With a new windshield -1-, protective piping -2- must be removed from the frame -3- before installing plenum chamber cover -4-.
