Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Side Auxiliary Radiator: Removing

-- Left: Push in the front wheel and loosen the wheel housing liner in the area of the front bumper cover.

-- Right: remove the front right wheel housing liner. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Place a drip tray under the separating point for the washer fluid hose.

-- Remove the water drain hose -1- from the headlamp washer pump -2- to do this push the release button.

-- Seal the hose coupling with clean plugs from the :VAS6122  .

-- Free up the washer fluid hose -3-.

-- Disconnect the central connector -arrow-.

-- Push the loosened wheel housing liner aside and remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2-.

-- DISENGAGE THE SIDE WALL -3- FROM THE FRONT SIDE PANEL -ARROW- AND REMOVE THE BUMPER COVER FORWARD WITH A SECOND TECHNICIAN.
