Overview - Radiator/Radiator Fan

  1. Radiator
  2. Plug
    • Not available separately.
    • Do not open
  3. O-Ring
    • Not available separately.
  4. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
  5. O-Rings
    • Replace if damaged or leaking
  6. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
  7. Coolant Ventilation Line
    • To the coolant expansion tank
    • Lift the clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
  8. O-Ring
    • Replace if damaged or leaking
  9. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  10. Sleeve
  11. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using the screwdriver
  12. Air Duct
  13. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  14. Radiator Bracket
  15. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  16. Backing Plate
  17. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm

Connect the Connector Coupling

-- Replacing the damaged clip -4-.

-- Replace the damaged O-ring by removing the O-ring -2- from the connector coupling -3- with a suitable tool (do not use a sharp tool). While doing this, make sure the connector coupling and the O-ring seat are not damaged.

-- Moisten the new O-Ring with coolant.

-- Press the connector coupling -3- onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Push the connector coupling on again and pull it to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.
