Placing Dual Clutch In Transmission Housing

-- Place the dual clutch as shown in the transmission housing.
-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 12- for the clutch cover diagonally in steps. Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - FLYWHEEL AND DUAL CLUTCH . Refer to -item 6- Bolt.
-- Install the flywheel. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- After installing the transmission fill the ATF and transmission fluid. Refer to ATF CIRCUIT and TRANSMISSION FLUID, DRAINING AND FILLING
- After changing the dual clutch the clutch must be adapted. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
PROCEDURE
-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
-- Select Diagnostic mode and start the diagnostics.
-- Select the Test Plan tab.
-- Select Individual Test button and select the following tree structure one after the other:
- Drivetrain
- 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission 0CK/0CL
- 01 - OBD-capable systems
- 02 - Transmission electronics 0CK
- 02 - Transmission electronics, functions
- 02 - Basic Setting
- → Clutch valve calibration
