Overview - Electric Vacuum Pump

NOTE:

Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.

Always replace self-locking nuts and bolts.

Always replace damaged nuts and bolts.

  1. Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192-
    • Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Component location: in the engine compartment above the engine/transmission separating point.
    • Do not disassemble
    • Check in "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to ELECTRIC VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  2. Vacuum Line
    • With brake booster pressure sensor
    • Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
  3. Bracket
  4. Bolt
    • 8 Nm 
    • Quantity: 2
  5. Rubber Bushing
    • Quantity: 3
    • Do not push out of the bracket when installing
  6. Bolt
    • 25 Nm 
  7. Bracket
    • Secured on the transmission
NOTE:

Clean the bolts and nuts before reusing.

Always replace self-locking nuts and bolts.

Always replace damaged nuts and bolts.
