Selector Mechanism, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

CAUTION:

Danger of damaging the selector lever cable.

  • Do not bend or kink the selector lever cable.

-- Adjust the selector lever cable. Refer to SELECTOR LEVER CABLE, CHECKING AND ADJUSTING .

-- Check the selector mechanism and key lock. Refer to GEARSHIFT MECHANISM, CHECKING .
