Cylinder Head Coolant Valve -N489-, Removing And Installing: Removing

- The engine is cold.
-- Reduce the residual pressure in the cooling system: cover the coolant expansion tank cap -arrow- with a cloth then carefully open quickly and then close.
-- Remove the upper toothed belt guard. Refer to UPPER TOOTHED BELT GUARD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Disconnect the connector -2- and free up the wire.
-- Remove the bolt -3-, and remove the Cylinder Head Coolant Valve -N489- -1-.
