Procedure

Transmission separated from engine. Refer to ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, SEPARATING .

-- Engage the :2024A on engine and on :VAS6100 as shown.

TIP:

The rail with holes must be inserted as shown to align it to the center of gravity of the assembly.

CAUTION:

There Is a Risk of Injury from the Lifted Engine Falling

Parts of the Body Could Be Crushed

- Secure the mounting hooks and pins on the lifting tackle with a securing pin.

-- Lower the engine using the :VAS6100 from the :T10359A .

-- Secure the transmission side of the engine to the :VAS6095A as shown.
