  1. EGR Pipe
    • To cooler for exhaust gas recirculation
    • If the screw-type clamps were loosened, then the EGR pipe and the screw-type clamp must always be replaced
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to appropriate service information. .
  2. Seal
    • Always replace
  3. Union Nut
    • 25 Nm
      NOTE:

      When loosening the threaded connection counter-hold at the adaptor guard, during assembly check that the adaptor guard is secure.

  4. Oil Return Pipe
  5. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  6. O-ring
    • Always replace
  7. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  8. Seal
    • Always replace
  9. Seal
    • Always replace if damaged.
  10. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  11. Connection
  12. Bypass valve
    • Installed position
  13. Clamp
    • Installed position
    • 6 Nm

    • Always replace

  16. Banjo Bolt
    • 15 Nm
      NOTE:

      When loosening the threaded connection counter-hold at the adaptor guard, during assembly check that the adaptor guard is secure.
