ECM Communication Stop Mode [08/2013 - ]: Procedure

CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (ECM MAIN LINE)

Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

Disconnect the A22 ECM connector.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
A22-13 (CANH) - A22-26 (CANL)	Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal	108 to 132 Ω

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN MAIN BUS LINE OR CONNECTOR (ECM MAIN LINE)

OK: Go to next step

CHECK ECM POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT
1. Check the ECM power source circuit. Refer to ECM Power Source Circuit [08/2013 - ] .
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)

OK → See step 3
REPLACE ECM. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ]
