Overview - A-Pillar Trim Panel

NOTE:
The A-pillar trim panel for the TT Coupe is illustrated.
- A-Pillar Lower Trim Panel
- Removing and installing. Refer to A-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Pushed forward in the carpet
- Stretch the door seal lip over
- Operating Lever Handle
- For the latch
- Driver side only
- Removing and installing. Refer to LATCH RELEASE LEVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Clip
- Insert into the gap cover
- Remove the clips that are still in the mounting points on the body using the Omega Clip Tool: T40280 .
- A-Pillar Gap Cover
- Removing and installing. Refer to A-PILLAR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Clip in the A-pillar upper trim panel and A-pillar lower trim panel
- Stretch the door seal lip over
- A-Pillar Upper Trim Panel
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
- Removing and installing. Refer to A-PILLAR UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TT COUPE .
- Press on until it engages audibly
- Stretch the door seal/window seal lip over
- Clip
- Insert in the trim panel
- Remove the clips that are still in the mounting points on the body using the Omega Clip Tool: T40280 .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- Only TT Coupe
- Expanding Clip
- Driver side only
