Instrument Panel Vent, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Center instrument panel vent: remove the Rear Window Defogger Button -E230- and Fresh Air and Recirculating Air Mode Button -E781- / Defrost Button -E782-. Refer to OVERVIEW - DISPLAY CONTROL HEAD .
-- Turn the release lever -2- into the "6 o'clock" position.
-- Carefully insert the : T40207 -3- between the slats and hook it into the rear of the vent.
-- Alternating between the sides, remove the vent -1- from the installation opening -arrow- carefully using the : T40207 .
-- Remove the vent from the installation opening and disconnect the connector.
