Vacuum Pump, Removing And Installing, 4-Cylinder TFSI Engines: Removing

-- Remove the high pressure pump. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the coolant line.

-- Remove the bolts -1, 2 and 3- and carefully push the coolant line slightly to the side.

NOTE:

Ignore -4 and arrow-.

-- Remove the vacuum hose -2- from the vacuum pump -1- by pressing the release buttons on both sides.
