-- Detach the left luggage compartment side trim panel and move it to the side. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the nut -1-.

-- Remove the 12 V socket -2- from the luggage compartment side trim panel.
