Battery Jump Start Terminal, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground cable from the battery. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .
-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
-- Open the cover in direction of -arrow-, remove the nut -1- and free up the terminal 30/B+ wire -2-.
-- Remove the nuts -3 and 4-.
-- Remove the battery jump start terminal -2- from the threaded pins.
-- Release the retainers in direction of -arrows A- and push the positive terminal grip -1- into the battery jump start terminal at the same time.
-- Remove the battery jump start terminal upward from the positive terminal grip in direction of -arrow B-.
