1. Fuel Delivery Unit
   • With the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
   • With integrated fuel filter; the fuel filter cannot be replaced separately
   • Check the fuel pump electronically using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, AWD VEHICLES .
   • It must be ensured that at least 5 liters of fuel are in the fuel tank after installing the fuel delivery unit.
2. Fuel Gauge Sensor -G-
   • Check in Guided Fault Finding  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Seal
   • Replace after removing.
   • Install dry
4. Not installed
5. Connector
   • For Fuel Gauge Sensor -G- and Fuel Gauge Sensor 2 -G169-
   • Pull on the connector to make sure it is engaged correctly and securely.
6. Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
   • Check in Guided Fault Finding  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Wiring Harness
   • For Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
   • Pull on the connector to make sure it is engaged correctly and securely.
8. Fuel Line
   • To the engine
   • Do not kink
   • Connector Couplings, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, DISCONNECTING .
9. Locking Ring
   • 110 Nm
   • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit: T10202 
10. Locking Ring
    • 110 Nm
    • Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit: T10202 
11. Sealing Flange
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
    • Install dry
13. Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
    • Check in Guided Fault Finding  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
14. Mount with Suction Jet Pump
    • No replacement part
    • Welded to the fuel tank
    • Function of suction jet pump. Refer to SUCTION JET PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
