Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing
Replace the seal after removal.
Pay attention when connecting the connectors that they are secure.
-- Insert the Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169- in the guides on the bracket and push downward until it engages.
-- Install a new dry seal -1- for the sealing flange.
Risk of leaking.
- When inserting the sealing flange, the seal must not be damaged or crushed.
-- Bring the sealing flange into its installation position.
- The tab -2- on the sealing flange must face the hole -arrow- in the locking ring and rest between the tabs -3 and 4- on the fuel tank.
-- Insert the locking ring and fasten using the : T10202 .
Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal, while noting the following:
TT Coupe:
-- Install the rear bench seat. Refer to BENCH SEAT/SINGLE SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
TT Roadster:
-- Install the left rear panel. Refer to the appropriate Service Information.
-- Install the left rear panel trim panel. Refer to REAR PANEL TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
