Accelerator Pedal Module -GX2-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

CAUTION:

There is a risk of damaging the surface of the knee airbag from mechanical stress.

After completing a procedure, perform a visual inspection to make sure that the surface of the knee airbag is not damaged.

-- Install the steering column cover. Refer to OVERVIEW - FOOTREST AND CARPET .

NOTE:

Depending on the engine/transmission combination, an adaptation must be performed after replacing.

If there is a menu option in Guided Functions , perform an adaptation using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
