High-Mounted Brake Lamp, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Electric spoiler: extend the spoiler. Refer to the Owner's Manual.
-- Remove the rear lid lower trim panel. Refer to REAR LID LOWER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Fixed spoiler: remove the spoiler. Refer to SPOILER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
NOTE:
Tape off the area around the high-mounted brake lamp with adhesive tape so that the paint work does not get damaged.
-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
-- Remove the nuts -2-.
-- Using the : T10383/1 , pry the high-mounted brake lamp -3- off of the rear lid -arrow-.
