Overview - Charge Air System

Before testing or performing a repair, check all air duct pipes and hoses and vacuum lines for leaks and secure seating.
Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

- Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .NOTE:
If there are small impressions on the slats, refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Rubber Bushing
- For the charge air cooler
- Bolt
- 5.5 Nm
- Thread cutting
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.

- Installing. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

- Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing.
