Condenser, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the condenser. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING FROM CONDENSER .

Vehicles with TDI Engines:
-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNTC, CYFB] / AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [DAZA] .
-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to [For engine(s) DAZA] Radiator/Radiator Fan / [For engine(s) CNTC, CYFB] Radiator/Radiator Fan (Overview - Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan).
-- Remove the radiator. Refer to [For engine(s) DAZA] Radiator/Radiator Fan / [For engine(s) CNTC, CYFB] Radiator/Radiator Fan (Overview - Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan).
-- Remove the charge air cooling circuit cooler. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [DAZA] / RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNTC, CYFB] .
On Vehicles with 4 Cylinder TFSI Engine:
-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to [For engine(s) DAZA] Radiator/Radiator Fan / [For engine(s) CNTC, CYFB] Radiator/Radiator Fan (Overview - Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan).
-- Detach the radiator and tip it as far as possible toward the engine. Refer to [For engine(s) DAZA] Radiator/Radiator Fan / [For engine(s) CNTC, CYFB] Radiator/Radiator Fan (Overview - Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan).
-- Remove the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNTC, CYFB] / CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [DAZA] .
On Vehicles with 2.5L TFSI Engine:
-- Remove the radiator. Refer to [For engine(s) DAZA] Radiator/Radiator Fan / [For engine(s) CNTC, CYFB] Radiator/Radiator Fan (Overview - Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan).
Continuation for All Vehicles:
-- Release the sealing lip -1- at the bottom from the charge air cooler/charge air cooling circuit cooler -2- -arrow A- and disengage it at the top -arrow B-.
-- Have a second technician release the tabs -1- in the direction of -arrow A- and remove the condenser -3- upward out of the mounts on the charge air cooler/charge air cooling circuit cooler -2- -B arrows-.
