Defroster Vent Air Duct, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the instrument panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Release the retainers for the heater and A/C unit air duct.
NOTE:
The air duct -2- is currently secured to the heater and A/C unit by five retaining tabs (two in the front and three in the back).
-- Remove the air duct -2- upward.
