Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
The radiator mount is reused with the separated catches. It is attached to the lock carrier. Refer to Parts Information for the correct bolts.
Replace the O-rings after removing them.
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts Information.
Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Working with A/C Service Station (1 Of 2) / Working with A/C Service Station (2 Of 2) .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
