- Mark the running direction with paint before removing.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TIMING MECHANISM DRIVE CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Drive Chain Sprocket
- For the timing chains
- Must not be disassembled
- Installing. Refer to Fig 2.
- Chain Tensioner
- Crankshaft
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Guide Pin
- Guide Rail
Install the Drive Chain Sprocket
-- Bring the drive chain sprocket -1- into the installation position, at the same time pay attention to the groove -arrow-.
-- Tighten the bolts in the steps shown in the sequence:
