Emergency Operation

• If there is a malfunction, the convertible top can be closed by hand. Refer to the Owner's Literature.
• Have a second technician help raise and close the convertible top.

• The ignition must be turned off during the entire closing process.
• Never drive the vehicle if the convertible top is not correctly locked into the windshield frame.

Refer to the Owner's Literature for the description of the procedure.

Tightening Specifications 

• Emergency release bolt -2- 15 Nm.
