Rear Impact Guard, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
NOTE:
If the same rear impact guard is to be installed, the adhesive tape must be replaced. Refer to Parts Information.
-- Clean the adhesive surface on the vehicle body with Cleaning Solution:D 009 401 04 .
-- Remove protective foil from the adhesive tape -2 and 5-.
-- Place the rear impact guard -1- on the hood -3- to do so push the securing tabs -4- in the mounts in direction of -arrows-.
-- Press in the rear impact guard along the entire length using the Roller:3356 .
