-- Remove the guide ring with the multifunction buttons and the Damping Adjustment Button -E387- / Access/Start Authorization Button -E408-. Refer to Right Multifunction Buttons On Steering Wheel -E441- /Left Multifunction Buttons On Steering Wheel -E440-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Draw sketches or take pictures of the wire routing in the guide ring. So that when installing the original wire routing can be insured.
-- Remove the screw -arrows-.
-- Remove the Damping Adjustment Button -E387- -1- outward from the guide ring. Pay attention to the hooks -3- while doing so.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2-.
