Lid Latch, Removing And Installing

• When assembling, cover must engage audibly into lid lock.
• Mount the cover on the rear lid lock.

• 21 Nm

• Mount the cover on the lock until it audibly clicks into place.

-- Remove the cover for the rear lid lock.

• Remove rear lid trim. Refer to ROOF END STRIP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

  -- Remove the cover -3-.

  -- Disconnect the connector for the rear lid lock.

  -- Remove the nuts -2- and then remove the rear lid lock.
