- with vacuum pump yoke
Camshaft Adjuster
- For the intake camshaft
- Designation "IN"
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 80 Nm +90°
- Replacing
Camshaft Adjuster
- For the exhaust camshaft
- Designation "EX"
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 20 Nm +45°
- Replacing
Mounting Pin
- For the right camshaft timing chain drive sprocket
- Asymmetrical version
- Installed position, refer to Fig 2
Drive Chain Sprocket
- For the right camshaft timing chain
- Installed position, refer to Fig 2
Right Camshaft Timing Chain
- Mark the running direction with paint for reinstallation
- Remove from the camshafts, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Thrust Washer
- For the right camshaft timing chain drive sprocket
- Asymmetrical version
- Installed position, refer to Fig 2
Chain Tensioner
- For the right camshaft timing chain
- Removing and installing, refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Glide
Bolt
- 5 Nm +90°
- Replacing

The alignment bushings in the right camshaft timing chain drive sprocket mounting pins -3- must engage in the holes in the thrust washer -1- and cylinder block.
