Torque Displacement, Checking

Procedure 

NOTE:
  • Observe general repair notes, refer to the appropriate service information.
  • Follow all safety precautions, refer to the appropriate service information.

Perform 22 - Check Torque Displacement  :

-- Lift the vehicle on a hoist just enough so that the wheels do not touch the floor.

-- Connect the vehicle diagnostic tester and turn on the ignition.

-- Select 22 - Adapt Sensor  in the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system under Guided Functions  in directory 22 - Check Torque Displacement 

The vehicle diagnostic tester checks if the torque is displaced on the correct side when the rear final drive is activated.
